We are looking for a visionary leader passionate about crafting unforgettable guest journeys. In this role, you will spearhead our digital and lifecycle marketing efforts, focusing on enhancing guest interactions. You will own and evolve our digital ecosystem, drive digital innovation, and oversee the development of new digital products and features. Your creativity and customer-centric approach will be key in implementing comprehensive loyalty strategies, designing reward structures, and creating engaging in-park programs that foster lasting guest connections. To excel in this position, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, alongside a minimum of 12 years of marketing experience, including 7 years in senior leadership roles. Your expertise in modern MarTech ecosystems and lifecycle marketing, along with a proven track record in improving customer retention, will set you apart. Ideal candidates will possess strategic thinking abilities, execution precision, and outstanding communication skills. Experience in B2C environments, especially those related to family entertainment or active lifestyles, is highly desirable. This position requires a proactive leader capable of driving innovation and collaborating across teams to ensure our guest experience resonates with our brand’s mission and values.
