Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will support the HR Director and perform a variety of HR general and transactional tasks, making a positive impact on the employee experience. Your responsibilities will include: Utilizing Paylocity HRIS and related software systems to manage HR processes efficiently. Engaging with employees to enhance their experience and address their needs. Analyzing employee data to generate comprehensive reports. Responding to external agencies and ensuring accurate updates to employee files. Implementing AI and automation strategies to improve workflow and alignment with industry standards. Supporting payroll, benefits administration, and paid time off (PTO) processes. Monitoring compliance with policies and legislation through effective system management. Identifying and pursuing opportunities to enhance organizational structure and processes, ultimately enriching the employee experience.
