Job Description
Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and consultants to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate them. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Oversee procurement processes and manage resources efficiently. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Track project performance and provide post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
