A natural team player and leader who excels in a fast-paced environment. Here’s What You Will Be Doing Develop Servant Leaders within the team. Create Memorable Experiences for our guests. Oversee daily administration and operations. Welcome and train new team members to ensure their success. Lead inspiring team huddles that motivate and inform. Provide ongoing training and coaching for team members. Build shift supervisors' skills to prepare them for advancement. Consistently express gratitude and celebrate team accomplishments. Actively coach team members on brand service behaviors. Monitor Speed of Service to meet guest expectations. Maintain a welcoming and clean restaurant environment. Ensure product quality and operational standards are consistently met. Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager and team to create actionable plans that enhance guest satisfaction. Analyze sales and scheduling to uphold quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC). Ensure accuracy in daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs. Review inventory for efficiency and manage product orders. Implement effective cost controls. Monitor production planning and adjust as necessary. Create and manage scheduling; oversee onboarding for new team members. Implement strategies to address employee needs and operational assessments. Here's What Education & Experience You Will Need High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding guest service skills essential. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Capability to manage conflicts and make tough decisions. Willingness to work all shifts—including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
