Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The chosen candidate will play an essential role in providing speech and language therapy services to students in PreK-12 schools, helping them enhance their communication skills and overcome challenges related to speech and language disorders. This role is 100% onsite. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop personalized therapy plans and goals tailored to assessment results and individual student needs. Deliver direct therapy services to students, focusing on articulatory, phonological, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational team members to reinforce students’ communication goals in varied educational settings. Utilize evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities in sessions to stimulate speech and language growth. Track students’ progress and modify therapy plans as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes. Accurately document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information in a timely manner. Attend IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide valuable input on students’ speech and language requirements. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience in providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric environment. Familiarity with assessment tools and therapeutic methodologies relevant to pediatric speech-language pathology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for effective collaboration with students, parents, and school staff. Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail. Preferred: Experience in teletherapy or online counseling. Preferred: Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and assistive technology used in speech-language therapy.
