Construction Project Manager

Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Construction Project Manager
to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Coordinate all project phases, from pre-construction through close-out.
Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and change orders.
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
Lead regular project meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and client requirements.
Utilize
Procore
for document control, scheduling, and daily reporting.
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and government agencies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in commercial or government construction project management .
Proven
Procore
experience is
required
.
Experience with
federal, state, or municipal projects
.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), but not required.
