Are you ready to make a splash in your career? Horizon Commercial Pools is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team in Milwaukee.
The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, performing regular audits, pick and load orders for Chemical Delivery and Technician teams and ensuring optimal stock levels meet operational demands. This role is critical to minimizing stock discrepancies and supporting supply chain efficiency.

Acts as picker in the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely selection of inventory for customer orders. Assist chemical delivery team with various tasks including Truck repairs, picking orders, loading orders and some deliveries when necessary Receiving and Inventory of Chemical and Equipment deliveries Pick chemical-delivery orders (multiple pallets per-truck) Load chemical-delivery orders (3-truck fleet) Multiple hours a day of forklift operation, depending on volume Small-truck deliveries and pick-ups when necessary Monitor inventory levels across all storage locations to ensure accuracy. Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records. Investigate and resolve inventory issues (e.g., shrinkage, miscounts, or damaged goods). Work closely with Operations and Service teams to maintain stock integrity. Ensure inventory transactions are correctly entered into ERP or inventory management systems. Assist in preparing inventory-related reports and audits. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and improve accuracy. Support new product setup, bin location assignments, and physical inventory counts. Requirements

will interact with our valued customers daily, and it is expected you represent the company well during each interaction. A willingness to learn and become a parts, equipment and chemical Subject Matter Expert will be expected to ensure the role is performed correctly.

role is crucial to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation. Tasks will need to be completed by EOD to ensure both the Service and Delivery teams are set up for success. Pay range for the position is $17-20per hour depending on experience.

Strong attention to detail Warehouse experience Customer-Service Experience and Skills Inventory control experience (NetSuite Experience preferred) Warehouse Management System Experience (preferred) Forklift Certified Ability to validate and receive large chemical deliveries Mechanically Inclined Results-Driven Team-Oriented. You will be a pivotal role in the Team's success! Hard working and dependable Will need to be clean shaven or have facial hair compliant with OSHA requirements for a respirator mask fitting. Must follow all health and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state.
