Job Description:
As a Digital Media Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the marketing vision and strategy for brands within the American Bath Group portfolio. This position focuses on driving growth across various eCommerce channels, including paid shopping, SEO, social media, and shopping networks. You will develop a comprehensive strategy aimed at boosting brand equity and consumer engagement across all eCommerce platforms, while overseeing the optimization of our digital presence through both organic and paid search strategies.

Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO, preferably leading an eCommerce or retail marketing team. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is preferred; however, equivalent experience is also valued.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Expertise in Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and social platforms such as Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram.
Ability to align department goals with overarching company objectives, while developing an effective marketing strategy.
Experience in crafting marketing plans that detail strategies, goals, budgets, and actionable tactics.
Strong analytical skills to plan and measure campaign performance, assessing results against established goals (KPIs and ROI) and identifying trends for optimization.
Proficient in implementing and directing digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO, SEM, display advertising, paid social media, and other forms of digital media.
Current knowledge of the latest trends, best practices, and measurement techniques in online marketing.
Familiar with website analytics software (such as Google Analytics and Google Console) and SEO optimization tools (like SEO Rush and SEO MOZ).
