education, healthcare, and light industrial sectors , this firm consistently delivers large-scale projects valued at
$50M and above , with several upcoming projects exceeding

2025-2026 .
Job Description
Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout Manage project
budgets, schedules, and resources
to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Serve as the
primary contact
for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Lead on-site teams to uphold
quality, safety, and performance standards Manage all
project documentation
including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals Utilize
Procore
and related software to track progress and maintain records Conduct site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively Collaborate with
estimating and procurement
teams during preconstruction and buyout Ensure compliance with
codes, safety regulations, and company policies Promote
continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant
Must Haves:
Proven experience managing
ground-up projects valued at $10M+ Background in one or more of the firm's core markets ( education, healthcare, or light industrial ) Strong
client-facing and communication skills Demonstrated commitment to
safety and quality
on all job sites Hands-on
scheduling experience
with the ability to manage project timelines effectively Proficiency with
Procore
and
Microsoft Office platforms Nice to Haves:
Healthcare project experience Experience working in
occupied spaces Exposure to
preconstruction and estimating
