Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Land Development Project Engineer

to join our civil engineering team in Central Texas. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to lead the planning, design, and execution of complex land development and infrastructure projects for both private and public sector clients.

Responsibilities

Apply prescribed engineering methods and techniques to moderately complex engineering and construction assignments. Manage the planning and design of multiple land development projects, including coordination with public and private clients. Lead and coordinate multiple project teams working on simultaneous assignments across different stages. Participate in client design meetings, present technical information, and assist in nurturing strong client relationships. Perform and coordinate field-based activities such as construction services support, inspections, and site reviews. Manage and oversee project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards, schedules, and budget constraints. Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, and proposals in support of contract negotiations. Collaborate closely with senior staff to sustain and grow client relationships and business development efforts. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

or a related engineering/science field. 5+ years of civil design experience

with a strong focus on land development, utility, and municipal infrastructure projects in Central Texas. Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)

in the State of Texas. Strong knowledge of city, county, and utility project standards, permitting processes, and design regulations. Valid

Texas driver's license

with an insurable driving record. Proficient in

AutoCAD Civil 3D

and

Microsoft Office Suite ; familiarity with

MicroStation

or

OpenRoads Designer

is a plus. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with a client-first approach. About Us
