Sr Materials Planner Coordinator

As a Sr Matls Planner Coordinator here at Solstice, you will be leading globally across the supply chain network to deploy the Solstice Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption across your network.
In this role, you will ensure the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize the labor and machine resources whilst achieving the business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital. You will lead the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your network of sites, and ensure finished goods production plans align with the site and network Supply Plans, in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and plan materials to support production requirements
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand production schedules and material needs
Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment activities as needed
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
Identify and resolve any issues or delays in material availability
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to materials planning
Continuously improve materials planning processes and systems
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment
2+ years of project management experience
WE VALUE
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics and Manufacturing
Expert in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems
APICS or CPIM Certification
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Lead and solve complex organizational problems
Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization
Expertise on leading/driving change, and mentor for new leaders or peers
Expertise across professional disciplines within the material management function
