We are currently seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple facilities. This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, fosters a strong safety culture, and drives continuous improvement in our environmental, health, and safety management systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of OSHA and EPA programs, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to protecting people and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain EHS regulatory compliance by conducting inspections, audits, and ensuring timely submission of reports and completion of action items. Respond to and coordinate site emergencies and governmental inquiries. Lead investigations of EHS incidents, including root cause analysis and corrective action completion. Provide classroom or web-based training necessary for effective regulatory compliance. Ensure adherence to corporate and site procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. Supervise EHS Specialists and pre-treatment operators. Coordinate implementation and maintenance of Environmental and Health/Safety Management Systems (EMS/HSMS). Direct EHS continuous improvement efforts using the Plan-Do-Check-Act process. Prepare, submit, and maintain all site environmental permits and associated programs. Direct waste management activities including contracts, storage, shipment, and disposal of regulated and domestic waste. Lead safety and health initiatives to prevent injuries and minimize exposure to noise and chemical hazards. Conduct site inspections, document non-conformances, and ensure corrective actions are completed. Organize and lead site emergency response drills. Oversee industrial hygiene monitoring, updating hearing and respiratory protection programs as needed. Participate in site projects and objectives to ensure consistency with regulatory compliance. Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Perform additional duties as required. What's in it for you:

In this role you will earn a competitive annual salary starting at $90,000 based on your experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is a variable percentage of your base salary, based on individual performance and company results. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field. 7-10 years of progressive experience in EHS management within a chemical manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards, EPA Clean Air Act, SPCC, SWPPP, RCRA, and related federal and state regulations. Proven ability to manage environmental permits, waste management programs, and regulatory reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) and Visio Professional; ability to work effectively in a Windows environment. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across departments. Knowledge of Hearing Conservation and Respiratory Protection programs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to travel up to 35% of the time to support multiple facilities. Able to stand for extended periods of time and work within manufacturing and plant environments.
