We are excited to offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $120,000 per year, based on your experience, plus a fantastic $5,000 sign-on bonus! Work Environment:

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing hope and meaningful educational experiences to students. We are in search of an Area Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to become part of our award-winning team. Your role will make a significant difference in the lives of our students through enhancing their communication and language development. Your Role:
As the Area Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored speech therapy services to meet the specific needs of students across various Spectrum School locations. You will assess students, create individualized therapy plans, engage with parents and educators, and monitor progress to help students achieve their communication goals. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate students to identify their speech-language therapy needs. Develop and implement personalized speech therapy plans based on assessments and student strengths. Set collaborative goals with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams. Regularly monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. Provide direct therapy using evidence-based strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies. Communicate effectively with families about therapy progress and schedules. Collaborate with staff to integrate therapy goals into everyday routines. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss student progress. Mentor educators and staff to enhance delivery of speech therapy. Travel between assigned Spectrum School locations for hands-on support. Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Program Directors. Qualifications Required: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Current or in-process licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Valid CA state driver's license. Experience in delivering speech-language therapy support, preferably in educational settings. Knowledge of special education compliance for diverse learners.
