Senior Property Manager . Salary/Hourly Rate: $160k Position Overview: The Senior Property Manager oversees a portfolio of industrial assets while leading and mentoring a team of property management professionals. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong understanding of industrial real estate operations, budgeting, and client service. Responsibilities of the Senior Property Manager:

Oversee day-to-day management of a portfolio of industrial and flex properties.

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and Coordinators.

Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, track variances, and provide ownership reporting.

Foster strong tenant relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.

Oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects from planning to completion.

Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.

Administer leases and ensure compliance with terms and operating procedures.

Coordinate with accounting, construction, and leasing teams to support property operations.

Drive process improvements and implement best practices across the portfolio.

Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Property Manager:

7 - 10 years of progressive property management experience, including at least 3 years managing industrial assets.

Proven experience leading and developing direct reports.

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Property Manager:

Experience managing multi-market or multi-property industrial portfolios.

Industry designations such as CPM, RPA, or FMA.

Familiarity with construction management or tenant improvement projects.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
