Bold growth deserves bold marketing. One of the fastest expanding Insurance Services Company is looking for a Marketing Manager who wants to own the strategy, the execution and the results. Reporting directly to the founders, this role will shape how the company shows up across digital, social and brand platforms as the company scales nationwide. You will take the lead on content, campaigns, analytics, events and brand development driving awareness, lead generation and demand creation for a company disrupting a legacy industry through personalized service and innovation. They are looking for a creative, confident and proactive marketer who sees what needs to be done and takes action.

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $125,000 / Year DOE

Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Build and execute a cohesive marketing strategy across social media, email, digital campaigns and brand initiatives Manage content creation and distribution across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and emerging platforms Develop compelling marketing assets including presentations, proposals, flyers and educational materials Plan and manage targeted campaigns for lead generation, events and sponsorships Partner with leadership on educational marketing like CEU courses, webinars and trade shows Track marketing performance, analyze data, and present optimization recommendations Maintain website presence, CRM workflows and ongoing marketing automations Manage agency and vendor relationships Support internal communications to strengthen employee engagement and culture Champion innovation by leveraging AI tools, new channels and emerging strategies that drive growth Wear multiple hats in a fast-moving environment, stepping in where needed to support the team Marketing Manager Requirements:

5+ years in marketing with experience in professional services, insurance, real estate or finance preferred Proven success in social media, content marketing and digital campaigns Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot or similar Strong analytics capability using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Exceptional copywriting and project management skills Outgoing, energetic and driven personality Strategic thinker with willingness to be completely hands-on day-to-day Highly proactive and identifies priorities, takes ownership and executes without waiting for direction Ability to travel locally throughout Southern California for occasional events Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred Experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Canva preferred Startup experience preferred Comfort with AI tools preferred Benefits:
