to join our innovative team, supporting advanced Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and radiology informatics across multiple sites in the United States and Canada. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in

What You'll Do
Drive System Excellence:
Oversee routine backups, patching, and software upgrades in partnership with IT and vendor teams to maximize system reliability and uptime. Champion User Success:
Administer, monitor, and support PACS/RIS systems, ensuring top-tier performance and availability for all users. Shape Clinical Workflows:
Manage user accounts, train radiology residents, and create or improve display protocols to streamline interpretation and reporting. Lead Integrations:
Facilitate seamless integration of PACS with EHRs, VNAs, and imaging modalities using HL7, DICOM, and IHE standards. Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with interface teams, modality vendors, and clinical stakeholders to resolve data exchange issues and optimize workflows. Deliver Outstanding Support:
Provide responsive Tier-1 technical support for radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff, ensuring rapid resolution of issues. Empower Through Education:
Develop engaging user training, quick-reference guides, and clear documentation to support new and existing users. Innovate and Improve:
Take part in exciting PACS initiatives, including system upgrades, migrations, and new site launches. Coordinate Projects:
Work alongside vendors, IT, and clinical teams to achieve project milestones on time and within scope. Ensure Compliance:
Conduct audits, access reviews, and risk assessments to maintain the highest standards of HIP nd information security compliance. Monitor and Optimize:
Track system performance metrics and proactively address incidents, performing root cause analysis for continuous improvement. What You Bring
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience), plus 3+ years in PACS or medical imaging systems administration. Technical Mastery:
Solid understanding of HL7, DICOM, IHE, and healthcare interoperability standards. Regulatory Savvy:
Knowledge of HIPAA, information security best practices, and IT project management. Analytical & Communication Skills:
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and clear, effective communication with technical and clinical teams. Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with
ISPACS, VuePACS , or similar platforms is a plus. Why Join Us?
