Automotive Service Manager
to lead our high-performing service department.

What You'll Do: Manage daily operations of the service department to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability Lead, coach, and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff Ensure high levels of efficiency, productivity, and quality of work across the department Monitor and meet departmental goals in CSI, sales, and service volume Communicate clearly with customers and team members to create a smooth, professional experience Maintain compliance with all dealership and manufacturer policies Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role in the automotive industry Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and best practices Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset with a drive for operational excellence Experience with Cadillac or GM brands is a plus Tekion experience preferred
