POSITION PURPOSE:

The Manager, Credit is responsible for overseeing the SitePro Credit Group (credit and collection function) to ensure maximum profit for the company, while minimizing exposure to bad debt risk. The Credit Manager must be aligned with and achieve the company goals and objectives while maintaining a high level of confidentiality in accordance with company/department procedures. Ensures all SitePro Rentals, Inc. standards are adhered to and executed consistent with company direction.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Provide leadership and direction to SitePro Credit Group fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency and high performance. Maintain, develop and implement standard operating procedures related to the credit and customer set up process Confer with credit businesses in a timely manner to ensure accuracy while interfacing with external and internal customers to verify and resolve credit transactions Evaluate, monitor and resolve active customer accounts to reduce or prevent bad debt losses Negotiate and recommend payment terms with customers to ensure transactions are properly secured Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk and expected profitability Assess and interview credit applicants by telephone to obtain personal and financial data needed to complete credit report Issue credit decisions within assigned authority Prepare written documentation to customers outlining monies owed and credit issued Compile, organize and communicate redit-related financial information to SitePro Leadership Assist with the collection process as needed Provide credit function training to new hires ensuring a full understanding of the SitePro Credit process Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Knowledge & Competencies:

Proven ability to lead, direct and supervise Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills Demonstrated analytical skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to include negotiations Proven ability to exhibit professionalism during stressful situations Previous Experience/Education:

Bachelor's degree required 7+years' experience in finance or accounting in a multi-state company Equipment rental industry or construction industry experience Thorough understanding of credit reporting agencies Prior experience with lien process, payment notices and personal guarantees NACM Certification preferred Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Working conditions are normal for an office environment Frequent use of hands to manipulate the keyboard, telephone, files and other equipment Standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending on a frequent basis
