Location:
New Albany, OH
Pay Rate:
$18 - $28/hour
, depending on experience
Shift Schedules:
1st Shift:
Monday - Thursday,
5:30 AM - 4:30 PM
(4-day workweek with occasional overtime)
2nd Shift:
Monday - Friday,
2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Rotating Shift (Starting October):
12-hour rotating night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Must be available to work
every other weekend
Candidates must be flexible and available for rotating shift work starting in October.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot packaging and manufacturing equipment
Perform fault-clearing and resolve stoppages on automated lines
Maintain machine uptime and meet performance metrics (OEE)
Dispense raw materials, complete material reconciliation, and perform line clearance
Complete sanitation procedures and support general packaging operations
Follow
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
and
applicable CFRs
Use
Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)
to monitor equipment and respond to alarms
Utilize
SAP
and
electronic batch records
to track inventory and production data
Execute equipment inspections and create work orders using
Maximo
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
Train other employees on equipment use and standard operating procedures
Participate in daily shift meetings and ensure continuous component availability
Safely handle materials, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
with
2+ years of work experience
OR
Associate's Degree with
6+ months of work experience
OR
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1-2 years of experience operating packaging equipment
Prior experience in
pharma or regulated manufacturing
Familiarity with
SAP
and
electronic batch records
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Organized, proactive, and committed to quality and safety
