Duties & Responsibilities:

Follow all quality, safety, health, and environmental requirements. Coordinate the flow of material throughout the plant. Review if material is conforming to initial acceptance and monthly reviews. Ensure material is clean and labeled before returning to warehouse storage locations. Pull material from outside warehouses as needed for production and shipping. Return raw materials into assigned warehouse locations. Prepare samples or internal transfers for shipment and serve as primary back-up for Shipping and Receiving Manage projects as assigned within the department and company. Obtain production schedule from the Scheduler. Restock supplies (poly, rags, scrub pads, etc.), monitor supply levels and request material from E2 stockroom or purchasing for replenishment. Move other materials as needed. Fill in on production equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Record the warehouse temperature and humidity daily. Process material request forms, down pack or up-pack material to fill requests, procure samples for incoming raw materials as needed. Move and label waste streams (Satellite waste accumulation, RCRA empty containers, Solvent Contaminated Wipes, Expired Samples). Dispose select waste streams (RCRA empty drums, filler hopper, solvent contaminated wipes) Attendance is mandatory for the last two weeks of the calendar year for inventory. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to pass DOT and RCRA annual testing. Computer literate working with Microsoft Office. Oracle or other ERP system experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate (verbal and written) effectively. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to wear all required PPE. Class A or B CDL required.
