We're representing a fast-growing, venture-backed healthcare technology company that recently raised a $30M+ Series A to build a next-generation platform transforming how patients access and experience care. The company's mission is to create a holistic, data-driven healthcare ecosystem that empowers patients, clinicians, and partners to achieve better outcomes through transparency, speed, and innovation.

Led by a repeat founder with a track record of billion-dollar exits, this team combines deep healthcare expertise with modern data and product strategy to modernize an outdated system. This is an opportunity to join at a true inflection point - helping define the foundation of an organization poised for scale. What You Will Do

As a

Strategic Analyst , you'll work directly with senior leadership to analyze operational, financial, and growth data - turning insights into action. Your analyses will inform company-wide decisions across strategy, finance, operations, and product.

You will: Own recurring reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to uncover insights that guide executive decision-making. Partner closely with the CFO to evaluate business performance, track KPIs, and identify risks and opportunities. Collaborate with the CEO and Strategy team to translate data into compelling narratives that influence strategic direction. Lead cross-functional analytical projects spanning operations, product, and go-to-market strategy. Proactively surface trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities that drive measurable business impact. Ideal Candidate Background 1-4 years of experience in a highly analytical, fast-paced environment such as

Tier 1 Investment Banking

or

top-tier Management Consulting (MBB) . Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field from a top-tier university, with a strong GPA or merit-based recognition. Advanced proficiency in

Excel

(including modeling, pivot tables, and structured analysis). Hands-on experience writing

SQL queries

and building dashboards or data visualizations. Clear communicator with the ability to explain complex insights and collaborate effectively across teams. Highly autonomous, humble, and proactive - thrives in small, high-ownership startup environments. Preferred Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or other data-intensive, regulated industries. Experience building or maintaining company-wide analytics infrastructure. Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Mode, Tableau, Power BI). Compensation and Benefits Base Salary:
