We've built AI-powered technology that helps healthcare providers deliver safer, higher-quality care - starting with the first real-time medical review platform built to fix clinical and compliance risks before they impact patients.

Each year, 1 in 20 people in the U.S. experiences a medical diagnostic or compliance-related mistake. Most providers lack the time, staffing, and tools to mitigate these issues - so they go unnoticed, impacting care quality and increasing clinical and financial risk.

Brellium is building the AI-powered platform that helps providers deliver safer, more consistent care by mitigating risk early and aligning patient visits with clinical best practices. Brellium was founded in 2021. Since then, we've grown to serve over 250,000 providers across all 50 states who use Brellium to take better care of their patients and ensure data-driven, compliant care. As a

Strategic

Partnerships Lead , you'll play a pivotal role in scaling Brellium's reach by establishing and growing new business lines and building strategic partnerships that enable Brellium to better serve our customers. You'll build a new business line from the ground up, collaborating closely with our CEO, CTO, and Sales team to develop repeatable processes that drive revenue and long-term value.

In this role, you'll navigate complex B2B relationships, influence integration roadmaps, and contribute meaningfully to our go-to-market strategy - all while helping shape the future of healthcare technology.

What You'll Do at Brellium Contracting & Negotiation:

Lead outreach, contracting, and deal execution with potential partners. Business Line Growth:

Own strategy, execution, and KPIs for Brellium's strategic partnerships. Cross-Functional Execution:

Collaborate with sales, legal, product, and operations teams to launch partnership initiatives. Frameworks & Playbooks:

Develop repeatable processes and operational cadences to scale partnerships efficiently. You'll Be Great for this Role if You Have Insurance & Carrier Experience:

Strong track record of working with carriers, brokers, or specialty insurance programs. Insurtech / Tech Agility:

Experience in tech (ideally insurtech) and able to operate in fast-moving, evolving environments. Deal Execution:

Deep understanding of how carriers and brokers work; able to drive deals to close efficiently. Strategic & Operational Strength:

Able to design workflows, build processes, and deliver measurable results across teams. Resiliency & Grit:

A bias toward action, curiosity, and the persistence needed to navigate complex insurance organizations.
