Position Overview
We are seeking a Sr. SAP MM Analyst to join our Technology team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting and enhancing enterprise CO-Manufacturing processes across multiple U.S. Business Units.
You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable SAP solutions in Material Management, Transportation, and Intercompany processes-with a strong focus on CO-MAN environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and support SAP MM CO-MAN processes including stock transfer orders, subcontracting, procurement, material inventory, EDI, and invoice verification.
Configure and manage processes across MM and integrate with PM, PP, PS, QM, and FI/CO modules.
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics processes such as shipping notifications, warehouse adjustments, pick and pack, GR/PGI, and PO changes/returns.
Collaborate on Ariba Sourcing and Contract Management, SAP S/4 HANA, and FIORI app functionality.
Develop and maintain custom enhancements (BADIs, user exits, reports) in MM.
Create functional specifications, test scripts, deployment plans, and ensure clear process documentation.
Provide daily production support, troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and recommend new configurations.
Support FI/CO integration and exposure to cost calculations.
Partner with business stakeholders to manage enhancement requests, review quotes, and propose solutions. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
7+ years of SAP MM / Warehouse Management experience.
5+ years supporting CO-Manufacturing in large enterprise environments.
Hands-on SAP CO-MAN functional experience, including EDI.
Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and FIORI apps.
Strong understanding of procurement, subcontracting, shipping, and third-party logistics integration.
Experience in Ariba Sourcing/Contract Management.
Prior Food or Consumer Products industry experience preferred.
Strong analytical, time-management, and facilitation skills.
High personal integrity aligned with company values.
