Field Service Representatives
who are confident, professional, and motivated to succeed. What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments (no cold calls) Conduct thorough roof inspections and document findings Educate homeowners on available solutions, materials, and pricing options Help customers make informed, confident decisions Deliver 5–10 in-home consultations per week Maintain detailed notes and follow-ups through CRM software Attend team meetings and ongoing training Compensation
$125,000–$200,000+ per year (base draw + uncapped commission + bonuses) Average monthly earnings: $10,000–$18,000 Weekly pay structure Paid training included Schedule
Monday–Friday: Appointments at 1pm & 6pm and occasionally 10am as well Saturday: 10am and 2pm appointments Sales meetings: Ongoing daily Field-based role
(drive 30–90 mins to confirmed appointments) Requirements 3+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience Strong communication & presentation skills Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license Coachable, confident, and highly motivated personality Tech-savvy (comfortable using tablets or CRM software) iPad required (purchase through us is available)
