We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Manager to lead our Walmart business within the Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS) category. This role will be responsible for developing and executing joint business plans, driving sales growth, optimizing assortment, and building strong relationships with Walmart merchants. In addition, the role will oversee and collaborate closely with our broker partner, ensuring flawless execution at the store level and alignment with customer strategies. The ideal candidate will bring deep CPG sales experience, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in the retail mass channel.

Responsibilities: Account Leadership • Serve as the primary point of contact for Walmart's Buying and Merchant teams in the Vitamin category. • Own the customer relationship and lead all aspects of business management, from strategic planning to day-to-day execution. • Develop and execute annual operating business plans to achieve revenue, margin, and market share objectives. Sales & Business Growth • Deliver annual sales, distribution, and profitability targets for the Walmart account. • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing and emerging segments of the VMS category. • Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, and trade investments to maximize ROI. Broker Management • Manage and partner closely with the broker of record to ensure best-in-class execution across Walmart stores. • Set clear expectations, provide direction, and align the broker team with company goals and customer priorities. • Leverage broker insights and field-level intelligence to strengthen customer strategies, improve retail execution, and drive incremental sales. Category & Shopper Insights • Partner with Walmart's merchants and internal category management to deliver fact-based selling stories. • Utilize POS data, syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI), and shopper insights to inform recommendations on assortment, shelf placement, and promotional strategies. • Drive category growth by aligning brand strategies with Walmart's priorities and shopper needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with internal Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D teams to ensure flawless execution of customer initiatives. • Collaborate with eCommerce and Omnichannel teams to integrate Walmart.com strategies with in-store execution. Analytics & Reporting • Monitor weekly sales, inventory, and profitability performance, identifying risks and opportunities. • Track trade spend effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies. • Report on key business metrics and provide insights to senior leadership. • Additional Duties as assigned

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • 4-6+ years of progressive CPG sales/account management experience, with at least 2 years managing Walmart or other major national accounts. • Experience in the Vitamin/Supplement, Health & Wellness, or OTC categories strongly preferred. • Proven experience managing and working closely with broker partners to deliver sales and executional excellence. • Deep knowledge of Walmart systems, processes, and go-to-market strategies. • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience using retailer portals and syndicated data. • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial environment.

This is a remote position requiring the associate to be in the North West Arkansas area within commutable distance to our office.
