We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on IT General Controls (ITGC) to join our Supply Chain Technology IT controls team. In this role you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and monitoring of ITGCs, ensure system integrity, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate across business, governance, and IT teams to develop, implement, and maintain control frameworks that safeguard system processes and data quality. This role involves managing multiple assignments, handling complex issues, leading cross-functional teams, and driving risk-related changes in a complex Supply Chain Technology (SCT) environment.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities: ITGC Management:
Design, implement, and monitor IT General Controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data. Ensure controls meet compliance standards (e.g.,
SOX, GDPR ) and operate effectively. Product Ownership:
Serve as a primary liaison between Business / Governance stakeholders and the development teams for IT control-related changes. Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with IT Governance teams to document and refine business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize and maintain the backlog, ensuring alignment with business, governance, and application stakeholder needs. Documentation:
Create and maintain ITGC policies, procedures, SOPs, memos, and narratives for systems in the SCT space. Audit Support:
Serve as a main point of contact in IT compliance audits. Perform and oversee evidence collection to ensure audit and IPE requirements are met. Testing and Validation:
Develop and execute testing plans to validate ITGC effectiveness within the SCT space. System and Process Review:
Assess business processes and automated systems for control effectiveness and process efficiencies. Recommend improvements to strengthen control posture. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Accurately gather and interpret application data to develop reports, dashboards, and investigate system transactions. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. At least
6 years
of experience with IT Applications, with experience working in a highly controlled environment. Strong understanding of
ITGCs , how to apply and maintain them for IT applications. Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with relational database management. Ability to document technical processes and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting compliance audits and working with external auditors. Knowledge of
GRC
(Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $110,240.00 - $165,360.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
