Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible to conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems Work safely at heights, including climbing ladders to 8 ft., operating scissor lifts and working on roofs Perform duties in cleaning, painting, carpentry, and plumbing Complete quarterly HVAC filter changes and drain line cleaning to ensure efficient system performance Responsible for maintaining accurate records of activities, supplies, and repairs Other duties as assigned Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues Must be able to work with all levels of management Please attach an updated resume when applying

Pay Details:

$19.00 per hour
