Manager of Corporate Reporting
Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a
Manager of Corporate Reporting
to join their accounting and finance team. This position will play a key role in overseeing the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements, management reports, and external reporting packages, while also supporting technical accounting initiatives and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation of
U.S. GAAP financial statements
and ensure accuracy across all reporting deliverables
Manage
monthly internal reporting
and
quarterly external packages
for submission to banks and lenders
Prepare
consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
across multiple business units and regions
Monitor reporting systems to ensure consistent and accurate GL classifications
Perform
financial and variance analysis
on Balance Sheet and Income Statement results, providing insights to senior management
Support the
annual external audit
process, including coordination of schedules and deliverables
Participate in the
monthly close process , ensuring timely and accurate results
Research and implement
technical accounting guidance
and policy updates
Identify and drive
process improvements
to enhance reporting efficiency and strengthen internal controls
Partner with cross-functional teams on
special projects, transactions, and ad-hoc reporting
Oversee and coordinate
project teams
to ensure timely execution of key company initiatives Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required
CPA preferred
3-5 years of financial reporting experience, ideally with a mix of
Big 4 public accounting
and corporate industry experience
Strong working knowledge of
U.S. GAAP
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Advanced
Excel skills
(experience with large data sets and complex formulas)
Experience with
FCCS
and
Oracle ERP
