Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP, Management Supervisor to lead a critical client portfolio within our healthcare advertising agency. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building strong client relationships, driving impactful campaigns, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Role Requirements:
Strategic Client Leadership
Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and providing expert counsel
Develop and present strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency capabilities
Proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation within client accounts
Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating strategic recommendations and campaign performance
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior-level client stakeholders
Team Leadership and Development
Lead and mentor a team of account professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members
Manage team workloads, allocate resources effectively, and ensure efficient project execution
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive team performance
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Campaign Management and Execution
Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and broadcast
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability
Ensure all projects meet all regulatory standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative, strategy, medical, and production departments
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent messaging
Act as a bridge between the client and the internal agency teams
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in healthcare advertising, with a proven track record of success in account management
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
Experience managing and mentoring teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Knowledge of digital marketing within the healthcare industry
Salary range: $170,000 - $200,000
The salary range provided is for the NYC-hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
