A manufacturing client is looking to have a Contracts Admin to join their team to help with a backlog of contracts. This individual will work alongside their in-house legal team to draft low to mid-level contracts, review and redline. You will also help clean up their current contract system (ContractPodAI), add metadata corrections to current contracts and update and maintain current contract trackers for outside counsel.
Candidates should have a strong background in dealing with high volume of contracts for the contract life cycle including drafting, redlining, signatures, etc, for NDA's, vendor and service agreements.
This is a contract role for three months with possible extensions. It is onsite four days a week in Aurora, CO.
Compensation: $25/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years as a contract admin/analyst with high volume contracts - Experience with full life cycle contract management including drafting, redlines, signatures and processing - Familiarity with a contract management system; preferrable ContractPodAI
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - ContractPodAI experience - Experience working in manufacturing - Paralegal certificate (ABA preferred)
