Job Description

Manage property portfolios to maximize asset performance and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities within the property industry. Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance portfolio value. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize property performance. Conduct financial analysis and market research to support decision-making processes. Prepare detailed reports on asset performance and acquisition opportunities. Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards within the property sector. Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in property management and acquisitions. The Successful Applicant

A successful Asset Manager/Acquisitions Manager should have:

Strong knowledge of the property industry, including trends and market analysis. Proven ability to manage property assets and identify acquisition opportunities. Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
