We are seeking an experienced
MEP Superintendent
to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on commercial construction projects in Arizona. The ideal candidate will bring strong MEP field leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate complex building systems with all trades.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of subcontractors across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection trades. Ensure work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, codes, and safety requirements. Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, and specifications. Monitor project schedules, manpower, and productivity to keep MEP scopes on track. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and resolve field issues promptly. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other superintendents to coordinate installation sequencing. Lead MEP coordination meetings, including conflict resolution between trades. Maintain site safety, enforce company policies, and ensure OSHA compliance. Support commissioning, start-up, and closeout of MEP systems. Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of experience
in MEP supervision on commercial or industrial construction projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and related building codes. Proven ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with field teams and subcontractors. Proficiency in construction technology platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) a plus. OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred. Why Join Us
