Foreclosure Coordinator

responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include: Performing administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process, including assisting in the day-to-day processing of foreclosures. Reviewing and gathering information relating to foreclosure documentation, real property conveyance, encumbrance documents, and bankruptcy matters per written procedure. Establishing and maintaining positive client/vendor relationships; communicating with owners, vendors, and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions, and providing information. Coordinating and processing all mailings. Inputting and updating data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures. Ordering and reviewing title reports using multiple applications. Required qualifications for the position include :

High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of directly related real estate office experience; prefer foreclosure experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel). Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer service orientation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within time constraints while paying close attention to detail. Pay Rate:

$23.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
