We are seeking an articulate and highly professional
Customer Service Representative
to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This crucial support role involves deliveringoutstanding, multi-channel service, resolving complex issues quickly, and managing client-facing administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities: Act as the face and voice of the company, providing exceptional service and support both in-person and over the phone.
Own client inquiries and concerns, resolving them efficiently and professionally. Triage and escalate complex issues to internal teams when necessary for specialized attention.
Expertly manage high-volume communications using multi-line phone systems and digital platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Perform essential client-facing administrative duties, including scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and processing critical information.
Work seamlessly with various internal departments to uphold high service standards and guarantee a cohesive client experience.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Recent experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar high-touch service environment is a strong asset.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professional phone and email etiquette.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Highly organized with the capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities and administrative duties.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
