About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a small team of motivated therapists in an outpatient setting. This role offers the unique opportunity to help seniors regain independence and quality of life in both the clinic and the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality OT services in both office-based outpatient setting.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Deliver therapy sessions with professionalism, compassion, and excellence.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and other team members to enhance patient outcomes.
• Recommend equipment or home modifications as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
• Work closely with senior therapists and benefit from mentorship opportunities.
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current and valid New Jersey OT license.
• BLS Certification (required).
• New graduates welcome to apply (training provided).
