$17.43 - $24.40

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL SUMMARY

Supports the implementation of research-based programs for study participants by facilitating structured group sessions, tracking participation, and providing individualized follow-up. Delivers program content in a culturally responsive manner to ensure participant understanding and engagement. Contributes to the overall success of research interventions that aim to improve caregiver confidence, competence, and well-being.

The current study is, Tele-Savvy for Latino Dementia Caregivers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Facilitates structured program sessions (virtual or in-person) for study participants, including welcoming participants, introducing program goals, presenting educational content (slides, videos, discussion prompts), and summarizing key takeaways.

Ensures program delivery is culturally and linguistically appropriate.

Tracks participant adherence to program requirements (e.g., home practice, group discussions, and session attendance).

Maintains accurate logs of engagement, attendance, and program completion in accordance with study protocols.

Provides participant support between sessions, including reminder calls, encouragement, and resources to help participants complete program activities.

Assists with problem-solving related to barriers in participation.

Attends weekly supervision meetings with the research team.

Participates in training to refine facilitation skills, support participant engagement, and ensure program fidelity.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma Required

Associates Degree Preferred

At least 3 years of experience working in community or research settings with diverse populations, preferably Latino communities. Required

And/Or equivalent combination of education and experience Required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to speak, read, and communicate fluently in Spanish

Strong group facilitation and interpersonal communication skills. Required

Ability to deliver program content in a culturally appropriate and engaging manner. Required

Proficiency with Zoom or other virtual platforms for group facilitation. Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet. Required

Ability to adhere to study protocols, document accurately, and follow confidentiality standards. Required

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with research teams. Required
