Job Summary
The Corporate Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Liberty Tire Recycling's brand identity and messaging across internal and external audiences. This role requires a "doer" with strategic vision who can collaborate across departments to develop and execute communication strategies that engage internal and external stakeholders-ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision. A passion for working with a sustainability-focused company is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities Support marketing activities aimed at driving reputational and business growth Develop and manage an internal communication strategy that fosters employee engagement and aligns with company initiatives, goals, and values Establish and maintain internal communication channels and platforms to ensure effective messaging across the organization Partner with company leaders to create and distribute content such as articles, social media posts, videos, and other materials Support Liberty workgroups in their external communication efforts, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and enhancing stakeholder engagement Required Skills and Abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive communication plans Cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills Experience creating content for internal and external audiences Ability to update and manage content on the corporate website Experience with digital marketing and social media strategy Proven ability to manage paid marketing campaigns Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns Ability to support earned media efforts, including press outreach and coverage Experience supporting awards submissions and conference participation Basic design skills using tools such as Canva Education and Experience
Preferred bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or another related field or a combination of education and experience in a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or a related discipline Experience developing and executing communication and brand strategies Passion for working with a sustainability-focused company is a plus
