Job Description
Lead ground up affordable housing and LIHTC preservation projects in NY Coordinate and supervise all MEP activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and budgets. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards. Review design documents and provide input to optimize efficiency and functionality. Resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems promptly and effectively. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and schedules. Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations in the Bronx. Train and mentor site staff to promote professional growth and knowledge sharing. The Successful Applicant
A successful MEP Superintendent/Project Manager should have:
A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. Proven experience managing MEP aspects of construction within the Property industry. Familiarity with building codes and regulations specific to the Bronx area. Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with diverse teams. A detail-oriented approach and the ability to solve complex technical issues. What's on Offer
