As a
Full-Time Night Auditor
at High Hotels Ltd., you will be responsible for positively representing the hotel to guests by responding courteously and efficiently to guest needs, assisting with arrivals and departures, acting as a source of information, and balancing revenue and expense transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the hotel's guests and co-workers.
This position is located at the
Home2 Suites in York, PA on Pauline Drive.
This is a
Full-Time position working
5 days per week,
11:00PM - 7:00AM, on varying weekdays and weekends.
Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) & holiday availability are required.
Starting Rate: $16.18/hr. Potential for increase is based on experience.
Areas of responsibility for our Night Auditor include:
Assisting guests with arrivals and departures. Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations. Cash handling. Posting and running night audit reports. Maintaining the hotel safety and security standards. Communicating hotel facilities and services to all guests. Maintaining daily logs. Delivery of express check out receipts and newspapers as needed. Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:
A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred Customer service experience preferred Must be capable of handling money accurately Reading, math, and communication skills General knowledge of bookkeeping and auditing preferred Ability to work weekends and holidays is required.
