We are searching for an Embedded Firmware Engineer to join a dynamic team dedicated to designing and building industry-leading LED downlighting. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain embedded firmware for advanced LED lighting systems.
Work closely with engineering and marketing teams to influence new product designs.
Participate in the development of new product features and enhancements.
Debug embedded systems and microcontroller peripherals, including I2C, SPI, UART, ADC, and DAC.
Implement and integrate networking connectivity protocols such as TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, MQTT, and AMQP.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
Experience with debugging embedded systems.
Knowledge of ARM Cortex M0/M3/M4, STM32, and NXP LPC82x Series ARM microcontrollers.
Familiarity with Zigbee, BLE Mesh, LoRaWAN, and WiFi technologies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with microcontroller peripherals.
Knowledge of networking connectivity protocols.
Work Environment
The role is based in an office engineering setting where creativity and innovation are encouraged. The work involves collaborating with diverse teams and offers the opportunity to impact new product designs significantly.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Carson, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
