Compensation: $50,000-$55,000

School-Based Social Workers with National Youth Advocate Program will provide mental and behavioral health assessments, develop treatment plans, facilitate individual and/or group counseling to students and provide case management services to students in the program.When school is not in session during extended breaks and summer months, you will maintain your caseload and continue to provide services to your students by meeting with them in the community.

Provides appropriate individual, group, and family mental health services, and other evidence basedclinical servicesas required. Coordinates and monitorsclinical servicesfor the youth and family in the community, including mental health,specialeducational services, medication management, andpsychological services. Regularly reviews and modifies youth-basedplans. Establishes andmaintains strongrelationship with youth,school staff & partners,parents andfamilies of origin. Assists in stabilizationefforts with youthconsistent with the youth's case plan. Provides safetyassessment,crisis response, and behavioral stabilization servicesas required. Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution. A valid professional license (LSW) in Ohio. 2 years' of work experience working in direct service with youth and families. A willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours as needed. Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs Driving and Vehicle Requirements

Valid driver's license Reliable personal transportation Good driving record Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability
