Position Summary We are hiring an experienced
Community Manager
to lead operations across a multi-asset portfolio that includes both residential and commercial properties. This hands-on leadership role balances strategic oversight with direct coordination of property teams, resident engagement, and financial performance. Reports to the General Manager.
Portfolio Snapshot Total Residential Units: Approximately
520 Commercial Spaces:

retail and office units Property Types: Mixed-use, multifamily, and commercial spaces with condominium board interaction Key Responsibilities
Operational leadership of day-to-day building operations, capital projects, vendor management, and inspections Lead and support union building staff and live-in Resident Managers; manage cyclical property needs Serve as primary contact for residents and commercial tenants; handle escalated issues and board interactions Prepare budgets, monthly variance reports; process invoices and support financial controls Mentor and develop on-site teams; coordinate with senior management on portfolio priorities Qualifications
5+ years
property management experience (mixed-use or rent-regulated preferred) Experience supervising union staff and Resident Managers preferred Strong financial, communication, and organizational skills Bachelor's in Real Estate/Business preferred; Yardi or comparable PMS experience

Compensation:
$110,000-$115,000 + Annual Bonus
