Position Description
Oversees strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to executives and leading initiatives that drive retention, growth, and engagement across assigned accounts.
Primary Job Responsibilities Leads and expands strategic client partnerships by engaging executives, cultivating long-term trust, and uncovering opportunities to grow services and offerings. Represents the company externally at conferences, industry events, client meetings, and other networking opportunities, acting as a visible and credible ambassador for our brand. Drives account retention and financial performance by aligning client goals with innovative solutions and demonstrating measurable value. Presents insights, data, and recommendations persuasively to highlight impact, including product innovation, enhanced benefits, and cost savings. Owns the full client experience, proactively anticipating needs, resolving challenges, and positioning the company as a strategic partner. Shapes account strategies and advise clients on market trends, innovative benefit approaches, and value-added services. Collaborates and guides internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client objectives while maintaining focus on strategic relationship leadership. Supports new business development efforts including RFP responses, presentations, and opportunities to expand existing accounts.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.

Minimum Requirements:
Position requires a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field and seven years of experience in client-facing account management, business development, or relationship management. Prior experience within healthcare, managed care, or a related industry is preferred. Will accept a suitable combination of education and experience.
Position requires the ability to influence senior executives and drive measurable growth across complex or multiple client accounts; exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to lead discussions with executives and decision-makers; and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Government Programs (Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or related contracts) is strongly preferred.
