As a Senior Pricing and Packaging Analyst, you will shape and drive our pricing and packaging strategy across the business. You'll design innovative models that balance customer value with business growth, oversee governance of our product catalogue, and guide the transition from four disparate pricing and packaging systems into a unified model. In this role, you'll serve as both strategist and operator-conducting pricing experimentation, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. This position offers the opportunity to establish a foundation for scalable pricing practices while supporting ongoing business transformation. The role reports into the Strategic Operations Director within the Product Operations team, positioning you at the intersection of product strategy, operational rigor, and business impact.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive pricing and packaging strategies that support revenue growth and customer adoption. Lead the creation of innovative pricing models (including PLG and consumption-based) and packaging solutions. Collaborate with Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations to align on strategy and execution. Conduct ongoing pricing experimentation and analysis to optimize business performance. Identify and evaluate new opportunities for pricing and packaging improvements. Govern and maintain the product catalogue, including: Maintaining a catalogue governance lead and business line leads who oversee structured updates and day-to-day maintenance. Keeping the version-controlled repository current, requiring each product line to log updates and maintenance actions with effective dates. Ensuring auditability, accuracy, and consistency across the catalogue. Support the long-term transformation from four disparate pricing systems into a single, integrated model. Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership on pricing performance, trends, and strategic opportunities. Qualifications

5+ years of direct experience in pricing and packaging roles, ideally within SaaS or technology. Demonstrated expertise with billing systems, consumption-based pricing, and PLG pricing models. Proven success in developing pricing strategies that drive measurable business impact. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable influencing across functions and levels. Experience with product catalogue management, governance, and version control preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
