What you'll do:
Drive consumer acquisition across all paid and organic channels (search, social, SEO/AEO, email, influencer/affiliate, CRO, etc.). Own and optimize growth strategy and budget allocation, balancing near- and long-term priorities. Monitor CAC and performance daily, adjusting spend, mix, and tactics in real time. Partner with product/engineering to design, run, and analyze A/B tests across ads and landing pages. Define core growth KPIs, build scalable tracking/reporting processes, and ensure cross-company visibility. Collaborate with finance to align spend and revenue forecasts, and clearly communicate performance to leadership and stakeholders. Over time, build and lead a world-class growth team, including hiring and managing freelancers and agencies as needed What we're looking for:
7+ years of experience (with at least 3 years in a leadership role) on the growth team of a consumer-focused company with a proven track record of success in consumer health or subscription-based e-commerce Prior experience in a start-up, early-stage, or a high-growth business during a period of rapid acceleration Deep understanding of best practices in across key growth marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, SEO, Email, Influencer/Affiliate, Audio, Streaming Video, etc) Extensive experience building out a scaled performance advertising creative engine, with strong creative instincts: able to brief, test, and scale breakthrough creative (not just optimize bids) Proven success managing agencies and freelancers while also building in-house growth orgs. Extensive experience in analytics and measurement, including proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, SQL) and ability to create your own dashboards and analyses. Experience and interest in applying AI to Growth workflows
