About the Role:
We're looking for a
Senior Accountant
with 5-8+ years of experience and strong ERP systems expertise to join our client's growing finance team. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the monthly close process, financial reporting, and ongoing system and process improvements. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a sharp eye for detail, and are adept with ERP systems-this is a great role for you.
What You'll Do: Lead and execute key accounting functions during monthly, quarterly, and annual close. Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements. Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies. Support internal and external audits, including documentation and reporting. Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows within the ERP system. Assist with complex accounting areas, including intercompany transactions, accruals, revenue recognition, and fixed assets. Mentor and support junior accounting team members as needed. What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CPA-track preferred but not mandatory) 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience in a mid-to-large company. Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g.,
NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics ). Deep understanding of
US GAAP
and internal controls. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Nice to Have:
CPA certification (or in progress). Experience with ERP implementations or system upgrades. What We Offer:
