The
Data Entry Clerk
is responsible for accurately keying data from incoming mail and donor correspondence into internal systems to ensure timely and correct processing. This role supports production goals by maintaining speed and accuracy while upholding Moore RMG's quality standards and commitment to efficient data handling.

Update contact information such as addresses, phone numbers, and email details. Identify and flag documents requiring correction, follow-up, or removal. Follow batch workflows to ensure accurate sequence and tracking of processed items. Maintain accurate daily piece counts and report totals to supervisor. Meet productivity standards while maintaining accuracy and quality. Support workflow demands, including overtime and occasional Saturday work during peak volume. Sit at a workstation for extended periods (approximately 90% of the time), walk short distances between departments (approximately 10%), and lift up to 10 lbs as needed. Your Profile: Strong verbal and written communication skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet production deadlines Dependable, adaptable, and able to work under pressure Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Minimum typing speed of 35+ WPM with high accuracy 10-key experience (20+ WPM preferred) GED or High School diploma preferred How We'll Support You:
