Job Description
Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join a law firm in downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with an onsite work model. Key Responsibilities
Process criminal complaints through eCharging and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings. Maintain and organize materials for arraignment, pretrial, and trial calendars. Respond to discovery requests, coordinate witnesses, and communicate with victims, defense attorneys, and court personnel. Perform eService and eFiling; manage calendars, hearings, and meetings. Ensure all case files and electronic records are accurate and up to date. Qualifications Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organization and multitasking skills with familiarity in district court procedures and criminal law. Works independently and collaboratively with attorneys and support staff. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills and sound professional judgment. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with NetDocs (document management) and American Prosecutor (case management) software is a plus. Brings a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality legal support.
