Summary Our client, a global leader in enterprise IT services, is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead strategic design and implementation initiatives across their ServiceNow platform. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Architect & Lead: Own the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, ITAM, and CMDB modules. Strategic Planning: Define roadmap and architectural vision in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Integration Design: Lead integrations with platforms such as Active Directory, SAP, and cloud systems (AWS, Azure, Salesforce). Platform Optimization: Improve scalability, performance, and usability across the ServiceNow ecosystem. Governance & Security: Ensure system integrity, compliance, and security through proper access controls and governance. Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow best practices and process automation. Team Leadership: Mentor and support development teams, driving best-in-class development standards. Documentation & Enhancements: Produce technical documentation and lead upgrades/feature rollouts aligned with the latest ServiceNow releases.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, including at least 3 years in a lead/architect role Deep platform expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and CSDM alignment Integration proficiency using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth2, MID Server, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) Hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and update set deployment processes Certification: CAD or CTA REQUIRED Strong ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management) Leadership & Communication: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders

Preferred Experience ServiceNow modules: ITOM, HAM/SAM, CSM, CRM Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools Cloud platform integration experience (e.g., AWS, Azure)
