Make An Impact:

Fossil is seeking an experienced Manager of Ecommerce Planning to make a significant impact on our global ecom planning operations. In this role, you will manage a team of ecommerce planners, overseeing forecasting, sku level analysis and bottoms up planning, pricing, margin analysis, and inventory control for multiple owned ecommerce sites. Experience planning for ecommerce channels is a must; understanding marketing impacts on site performance and plans, in-depth knowledge of ecom KPIs (AOV, traffic, conversion, ROAS, etc) are key components of this role. Team management and talent development are also integral. The position reports to the Senior Director of DTC Planning and requires collaboration with merchandising, leadership, finance, cross-functional planning teams, marketing, and IT.

Your key responsibilities include:

Build and manage the annual,monthly, weekly financial plans at the Brand, Category and Region/country levels, ensuring alignment with overall Sales, Margin, and Inventory targets. Also work with commercial leaders on long-range planning (3 year roadmapping) Ensure the execution of new product launches, promotions, and key marketing priorities in close partnership with Brand, eCommerce Merchants, and Marketing teams. Create and maintain reporting with common KPIs, build analytics and strategies to maximize sales opportunities, and ensure the sites have properly forecasted inventory to support those opportunities Manage and track KPI trends and targets aligned with overall sales targets. Communicate any shifts in KPI trends and their implications to cross-functional partners. Centrally manage the ecommerce planning teams, globally, with a focus on team development, building bench strength, and fostering growth. Drive the innovation of tools and reporting to better analyze the business, focusing on alignment across all owned sites. Collaborate with assortment planning, brand and site merchandising to review and challenge assortment flow plans for the ecommerce channel, ensuring sufficient quantities are purchased to support the performance driving assortments needed across our owned sites Perform pre-season, in-season, and post-season analysis to identify opportunities and risks. Ensure the seamless operation of the website by proactively identifying and resolving issues, managing assortment updates, and overseeing accurate pricing feeds to deliver an optimal customer experience. Lead and execute ad hoc special projects as required to support key strategic initiatives. Who You Are:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or other relevant industry required 7+ years of experience in Ecommerce planning, OTB Management, or Demand Planning Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Google Enterprise Products Proven success in coaching and developing a team Strong partnerships and relationship-building with cross-functional partners and leadership Adaptable in an ever-changing environment Strategic thinking Creative problem-solving Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
